I have way more Tuscan Bruschetta Sauce than I know what to do with. If I freeze it will it be just as good when it thaws?
The ingredients are: tomatoes diced and tomatoes pureed, canola and olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil, lemon, and sugar.
I don't do canning :).
Any creative ideas as to how to use this other than typically atop toast?

Freezing it will change the texture.
Why not have it on pasta? or steak? or chicken?

Those ideas sound good Wyogal. Is the difference in texture significant? I assume mushy? I mean, will it be close enough to still taste good and not be that noticeable?

The taste wouldn't be affected, really, just mushy tomatoes. So, you could use it for a sauce. It will taste good, but the mouth feel won't be great for a bruschetta topping.
