Hi all, every year I brine my turkey in apple cider and bourbon and it comes out amazingly! I was wondering if anyone here has ever used Rum intead of Bourbon? Or if anyone might have some insight or opinions on this? I just want to make sure I don't ruin the turkey. Thanks for any comments or advice! :)

The rum will add a different flavor from the bourbon. It won't ruin the turkey for you unless you don't care for how it tastes.
