Place an oven thermometer inside your Gas Grill (oven) Adjust the burner(s) to achieve your target warming temperature....Place your food inside as you would in your Kitchen oven....Do not place food directly over a lit burner...

Enjoy!!

PS...Your target warming temperature needs to be 140* Minimum!!!

Have Fun!

You may experience difficulty maintaining a 170F to 200F warming temp in the gas grill.

Light only one burner and set it to the lowest heat setting. You may have to prop the lid partially open to keep it at the target temp.
