Except for the dal dish (lower left and still needs to be warmed up), the gluten-free sesame biscuits (far right), and the brownies (center), I cooked all the rest early this morning, to take for a lunch today.
The dal I made yesterday, the biscuits last night, the brownies days ago and stored in freezer.
SO!.....Basmati rice, mixed salad, curried chicken (cheater, I used a jar of coconut-curry sauce on wok-fried chicken bits which DH cut up for me).
