What is a quick and easy nutritional meal for sportsmen?

Of course depending on the sport, as some require alot more energy than others, to my knowledge: the fact is that most sportsmen and athletes consume alot of Pasta, and / or foods which burn Carbs.

I would believe a very balanced health oriented natural ingredients ...

A green salad to start, a wholewheat or semolina freshly made Pasta with fresh fish, and fruit for dessert ... Lots of " Gatorade " or Similar Beverage.

Could be wrong, as I have never prepared a meal for an athlete ...

I look forward to the knowledge on this subject.
