Purrfectlydivine, thanks especially for that instructive post. The whipping the cream part is easy. The stabilizing part, well, let's just say, makes me determined to go look for Cool Whip in the imported goods section of the super first :-)

I wanted something real easy. Because on top of the morning refreshments for the guests, I'll be preparing a 4-course lunch and afternoon snacks for them too. Thanks again!
