What to do with broth

add more onions, a hefty crouton covered with provolone & broiled & you've got a bowl af onion soup!
 
I freeze broth/stock in standard-size ice cube trays & have found that each cube equals approx. 3 tablespoons or approx. 1/8 of a cup. To save space, I freeze the trays & then pop the cubes out loose into Ziploc freezer bags.

It's SO nice when I just need 1/2 cup or 1 cup of stock/broth to just pull out 4 or 8 "cubes" & add them to my recipe.
