What to do with cauliflower leaves?

I always cut the leaves of cauliflowers, eating only the florets and composting the remaining leaves.

I have heard that they are not only edible, but in fact quite tasty and nutritious.

Does any one have any experience of using the leaves in any cuisine?
 
I only like the young ones...I treat them as any other green (kale, swiss chard, etc.). I imagine you could substitute them for kale in a kale soup...
