For me, I marinate it in vinegar, garlic, onions, pepper, soy sauce and chili. Then, I grilled it. It is very delicious. :)

Sometimes, I cooked them in a saute style. Seems like a recipe in the Philippines called
"Adobo" but, it is really good! :)

I wouldn't mind trying something like that. Have been looking for a local farmer to buy chicken from, and maybe I'll ask for some feet.

My first impulse when I saw this line was like Lucky ... make stock. But they are served steamed in one of those little bamboo steamers as dim sum.

The only thing I have used chicken feet for is bait for crabs. Love me some blue crabs.
