What to do with ham juice?

I made an 11 Lb Ham Shank tonight in my CI dutch oven.
So glad I got the largest one To. It filled it.

Anyways I put it on a rack after it was cooked to let the juices run off into the pot.

I've got quite a bit of it and don't know what to do with it.

I'm thinking Dog treats..

What do you all do with yours?

Open for suggestion.
Thank you
Munky.

Stock, for the freezer. Use in beans, greens.

Send a message via Skype™ to taxlady
Use it instead of pork stock in mock armadillo. Cut down on the amount of salt in the recipe.
