Just wanted to say that I went with a green salad. I put roasted garlic chips, candied pecans, asparagus tips, a light touch of fresh herbs from my garden, and gorgonzola with romaine. They went back for 3rds on the salad and Cottage Pie, both. I had fresh watermelon and cantaloupe with the cheese, which we ate long after dinner during cards. ( I absolutely ADORE blue cheese with cantaloupe!)

Life is too short to eat processed, artificially-colored, chemically-preserved, genetically-modified food. Or maybe that IS why life's too short.
