White asparagus?

So... white asparagus was on sale along with green asparagus, what could I do with both of them?

Just steam or lightly roast with salt and peper is all it needs. If you roast them you can add some olive oil or butter.

Deep fry it using flour, panko crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. And don't forget your favorite dipping sauce.

I'm with Danpeikes - roasting asparagus really brings out their awesome flavor. I put them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with s&p, and pop 'em in the oven at about 400 for, oh, maybe 6 to 8 minutes. They don't take long and they are soooo good.

Also try some baslamic vinegar on those roasted asparagus - at least the green ones. I've had white asparagus but find I don't like the taste or the texture quite as much as the green.
