Who knew? Cooking spray

I was a total sucker and bought one of those pump up spray bottles for oil, like a Misto...it actually works like a charm. Spray baking pans, spray skinless chicken breasts to make cracked pepper stick before baking. And I know what's in the oil...oil!

Just a word of caution about heating the pans. Do not spray over the open flame on the stove. My auntie did this and ended up in the hospital with 3rd degree burns on her arm.

Do you mean the oil that comes in a can to spray on oven dishes and salads etc? No, I never heard of the heating the dish before adding food thing.
