I have have had my stove for allmost ten years.During this time I have tried altering recipies for high altitude bakeing,and have just been liveing with terrible results.I allways ment to check the accuracy of the digital display on the stove but never did.What a moron!! At 350 it was only 300. At 400 it was only 375.Thanks for the advice Michael ftw.I now have to reconsider those high altitude recipies because, I have a loaf of bread that is allmost filling my oven.Too much yeast Id guess.
