This potato chip was created in canola oil.

The color of the chips were a dark brown in color.

The chips were nicly sized with a good amount of folded over pieces.

only had 110MG of sodium per serving which I think is great.

The taste was certainly different from a regular potato chip.

The chips were cruchy which is what you want in a chip.

Nice thickness in the chips as well.

Another potato chip that I would give a big thumbs up to.

Cape Cod potato chips are one of two things that I can NOT leave alone until they are gone, so I rarely have them in the house.

(the other thing is peanut M & M's)

I recently finished a bag of the regular Robust Russet cape cod chips And I thought the chips looked the same, like tasted the same, had some big sized pieces, big size crunch, same low sodium, etc..... as the whole earth collection chip I had.

Another big thumbs up from me.

Cape Cod potato chips Whole Earth Collection Robust Russet ..

I don't mean any disrespect to the company who manufactures these chips but that sure is a pompous name for humble slices of potato fried in oil!!

I think they bag stated it was cooked in some special process with some special oil. It sure was mouthful of a name.

I only saw this item once, will never see it again imo.
