The bag says they are Roasted Spicy In-The-Shell! and I agree with them.
I picked up a 10oz bag of this treat of peanuts with the shells.

I will say that some peanuts were spicier than others which I think is expected for a snack food like this. The ones with with a good amount of spice were very tasty.
This product can leave you with a tiny bit of watery eyes and a bit of a runny nose. Perfect!!!
After you eat a few peanuts it can easily leave a light heat aftertaste that did last for a fair amount of time.
