back to the Indian food store for this spice mix.
They say it is a so called level 2.
This one only needed water in the mix.
The package said you can use this with chicken so I did.
I cooked it to the directions on the package and tried it.
The spice mix sure was flavorful. Chicken was super tasty.
The spice mix was FARRRRRR from a level 2 imo.
I will give this spice mix a medium sized thumbs up as I wanted something hotter.
