This is a brand new limited time item from Popeyes.
They took some nice strips of chicken and put some of what they are calling Bayou Buffalo type sauce on it.
The strips got put into the sauce bucket and the shaken up to fully coat each piece of chicken.
The chicken was not as warm as I used to having it from that place.
The sauce was not bad. Not really spicy, but you can certainly taste the flavor and had some heat to it.
This was a few napkin meal for sure from this place and then I washed my hands after finishing it.
The sauce got over the fries and biscuit.
I will give this fast food item a medium sized thumbs up as the Garlic Wicked Chicken was better tasting imo.
