This is a brand new item at the place and I have never seen this type of the cake before.
One box is 3.99 which is certainly more expensive than basic Betty Crocker Yellow cake mix.
This cake is a chewy cake and is made from rice flower.
I baked one off in the oven and tried it.
This cake had like no flavor to it at all. So blah, but fully met the box description though...
This cake sure was chewy. Never had that in a cake texture before.
I say if you want to try something different in a cake mix go for it.
I am giving this cake mix a big thumbs up.
