I saw the product at Trader Joe's and picked it up.
This had chia seeds, flax seeds, Quinoa, and sunflower seeds.
This had a solid sweet and Salty taste.
BUTT you could not taste the hia seeds, flax seeds, Quinoa, and sunflower though.
You could certainly see they existed though.
I give this product a big thumbs up.
