Peppercorn Beef Sirloin Tri-Tip | Tyson® Crafted Creations™ Products
Okay so I was at my local grocery store and this item was on a manager special for only 4.99 a pound. A savings of 3 bucks a pound.
So I picked up a 1.5 pound piece of beef which was like the smallest size they had for sale that day.
I cooked it off according to the oven directions, but it had to cook for a longer period of time to get the meat at proper temperature.
I do not cook much beef over the course of the year. I usually do what is called a London Broil, but this piece of meat I tried was special.
The peppercorn flavor was amazing.
The meat was real tender and super tasty.
I could have devoured the whole piece of meat in one setting if I wanted, but I did not.
A big thumbs up from me and a must try item.
