I am sure your butcher will be more than happy to help you out with fresh ground pork. Once you eat this you will not want to buy the commercial brands any longer; the taste is so much better. Remember you can add you own season such as sage, rosemary, thyme, garlic, etc. You can alos stuff this sausage in links if you like links.
I like to use fresh ground pork with a lean ground beef to make my homemade salami. It is DELICIOUS!
