Ten Pounds of Breakfast Sausage

Just made 7 lbs of English Breakfast (Bangers) sausage yesterday..One of the guitar players in our band raises Berkshire pigs..he gave me some the other day..this is a nice, mild sausage..

I'm an overnight host in a homeless shelter, among other things. And yes, I picked up a Hobart N50 in a thrift store, bare mixer, $7 + tax. I gave the lady $8, and told her to keep the change.
