Barbecued 'Shrooms

I wasn't sure if I should add these here, but they go with grilled meat so here they are....

BBQ Shrooms

These bbq'd mushrooms are great spooned over a grilled steak.

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cut in half
3 T. butter
2 T. sherry
4 T. fresh chopped parsley
2 tsp. dry rub seasoning
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce

Place mushrooms on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Dot with butter, and the rest of the ingredients plus seasoning.
Wrap securely the tin foil and place it on to the grill off the heat
with the lid on for 12 mins. turning the packet every 5 mins.
Spoon over your steak and enjoy!

That sounds so easy - I'm in the process of learning to like mushrooms, since the rest of my family does. I think I'll try this with some portabellos next time we BBQ.
