Bih jolokia

According to Guinness World Records Bih jolokia is the hottest pepper in the world.

This type of pepper grows in northeastern India mainly Assam.

In Assamese Bih= poison, Jolokia= pepper

Scientific name of this pepper is Capsicum chinese cultivar.

That is funny, I was just talking about this the other day. Apparently this is the pepper that some guy is using to make Crystallized Capsaicin


Scoville Rating 16000000!!!!! OUCH!

It is so hot that if you a little portion of Bih Jolokia your whole alimentary canal will start burning.

we have another kind of chilly-very small and white in color-back in the tropics.It was the hottest chilly I ever had.
