bih-jolokia.jpg

Pickled in mustard oil, my DH eat one chilli with his each meal (people of Assam generally do) , I can't even dare to touch them with bare hand.

Yes this is ghost chilli literally translated bhoot jolokia.

My skin started burning when I touched the pickled one but my DH is eating it with hand (you know we eat with our right hand).

May be it depends on habit, they are eating bhoot jolokia from their childhood.

It has a very intoxicating sweet smell.
