Cauliflower dish

Quick cauliflower dish

Quick cauliflower dish
This is a quick dish I made when having just some boiled cauliflower in the fridge and wanted a warm dish to serve to a friend coming to visit.

  • boiled cauliflower
  • a bit of curry powder (1 tbs)
  • one onion
  • a bit of ham
  • Cut the cauliflower in small pieces usually using it's flower pattern and mix with salt, pepper and the curry powder
  • Cut the onion and the ham
  • In a wok start browning the onion
  • Add the cauliflower and mix for 5 minutes
  • Add the ham. Alternatively you could add some chicken meat or some other light meat which has been 95% cooked before. Wait for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
