i was playing around with some ingredients and it probably is a recipe somewhere but I came up with this. . .

1 container ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
about 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
few shakes of red pepper flakes

cut and weed out peppers. mix together. put in plastic bag. pipe in to peppers. Grill about 20 minutes
