I don't think I posted this..
Last week when camping, one of the guys made some Curried mashed potatoes. He used 4 cheese instant potatoes. In the water for the mashed potatoes he added garlic powder and curry powder(I am assuming sweet yellow curry from a can). I have no idea on amounts but the potatoes were fantastic!!
