This would be great along with assorted fish recipes, when you really don't know what else to serve along side... or don't have the time.
Spicy Slaw:
4 cups cabbage (approximately 1/4 head) grated
1/2 tbsp hot cayenne pepper sauce
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Mix, that's it.
