Does anyone get the Hass Avocado e-newsletter? This recipe was included, and I think I heard angels singing Beer Batter Fried Avocado Wedges! Here's the link, including pic:

I believe Haas is the perfect food. That said, I've had the deep fried avo slices, and I hate to say it, but it's the first time I didn't love avocado.

But, if you've never tried it, next time you're making a pizza, about 2 minutes before it's done, throw on some avo slices. You're in for a treat!
