Jo-Jo Potatoes

Old, easy recipe for roasted quarted potatoes.

Ingredients:
  • 6 medium potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. chopped roasted garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
Method:

Preheat oven to 375. Wash potatoes. Cut into spears. Shake dry ingredients in plastic bag. Add potatoes. Shake to coat. Spread butter in 9x13 inch pan. Bake potatoes for 1/2 hour. Turn potatoes over. Cook for another 1/2 hour .

Serves 4.

Yum - never thought of putting parm on my roasties!
