Question Make Ahead Mashed Sweet Potatoes

I want to make my mashed sweet potatoes today and reheat in a casserole dish tomorrow. How would you do it.

Well, I'd make the recipe today, refrigerate it, and reheat it in the oven tomorrow. It's pretty straightforward. Did you have a more specific question?

350F for 20-30 minutes.
