Mashed potatoes with Blanco cheese

I wanted to use up the cheese, so decided to add it to the mashed potatoes. It was so good !

When I cook potatoes for mashing, I peel them, cook them with 2 cloves of garlic in the water. Mashed the potatoes with butter, milk, salt, pepper, then added the blanco cheese and mashed some more.
