Mashed sweet potatoes with Marsala

I just made these tonight: Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Marsala Recipe - Vegetables - MyRecipes.com and they were amazing. I never would've thought of mixing sweet potatoes and wine but it was really tasty. I highly recommend you try it.
