New York Bold Onions

has anyone ever heard of or tried these onions. the onions with an attitude!

New York Bold Onions

my wife recently started cooking with them, and they are fantastic! she made a turkey meatloaf last night that was outstanding. the onions added a really nice sweetness, somewhat like a vidalia, but with even more flavor.

and, with high phenolic and flavonoid content, they good for what ail's 'ya, from breast to butt cancer. ( or i coulda gone with hooter to heine cancer )

i highly recommend that you give them a shot.

With Walla Wallas out here, wonder if they would be available. Also, the problem of shelf life for shipping - guess I'll have to wait till I'm there for these and NEW YORK PIZZA!!! oh my, it's been so long.

Cool! Lower water content so they carmelize faster!

I will look for them, too!
