Nut Stuffed Mushrooms

Remove and finely chop the stems of 1 lb. of fresh mushroom caps. Saute the caps in some butter about 3 tab. Now finely chop several green onions say 4 of them white and green part,, grate 4 cloves garlic toast 1 c. almonds and 1 c.pine nuts then grind, add to this about 1 Tab. of finely minced mix of thyme,basil,marjoram and tarragon add these to the stems add salt and pepper and 2 eggs, mix well then stuff into the caps, put under broiler til tops are golden. Should serve 6
