Okra Casserole
I wasn't too sure where to put this because it is a combonation of casserole & veggie, with a cornbread like texture.
6C. okra, cut up 3 eggs 1 1/2C. hushpuppy mix w/ onions 1 1/2tsp. pepper or to taste 1 1/2tsp. salt 1tsp. Accent(optional) 1 1/2C. sweet milk 12Tbsp. cooking oil Mix all ingredients together & place in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 deg. for 45 min-1 hour, or until lightly browned.

Aww...I love you too! That's ok, I know some people just don't like okra. I for one love it especially boiled!

LOL, Crews - was just browsing through some of my old posts, and saw this one - went to copy it into my recipe file, only to find it was already there, I had done it before! I guess you'd say it REALLY made an impression on me!
