Essiebunny,
Pumpkin butter is pretty versatile and can be used similar to an apple butter that is spread on toast or other breakfast foods like pancakes, waffles, French toast or hot cereal. You could also swirl this into vanilla yogurt or pudding and I think it would taste pretty good. Hope this gives you a few ideas to start. ![]() purplegirl |

I would use it to flavor some whipping cream to top my pumpkin desserts with. Wonder if it would work in pumpkin pie? I would also use the pumpkin butter in bread pudding, cookies and cakes. It would make a great topping for the upcoming holiday desserts.

It would taste great on a spice muffin, or carrot muffin, or any quick breads that call for seasonal ingredients. You could even use it on toast.
