I have been munching on this all day and it is so good. I almost ate it all before taking a picture of it. I was craving broccoli and sesame oil, so I came up with marinade today.

Sesame Marinated Broccoli

1 medium (head) BROCCOLI
RED ONION; Cut Up, To Taste, Optional.
2 tablespoon(s) RICE VINEGAR
1 tablespoon(s) SUGAR
1/2 teaspoon(s) SALT
1/2 teaspoon(s) SESAME OIL
SESAME SEEDS; Toasted, To Taste.

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
In a bowl with a lid, combine vinegar, sugar, salt and sesame oil.
Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
Add broccoli and onions.
Cover bowl and lightly shake bowl to coat broccoli.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or longer if desired.
To serve, drain any marinade off if desired.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
