This recipe is so old it calls for a can of spinach.
Spinach Casserole
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. cottage cheese
3 lightly beaten eggs
¼ lb. cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons margarine
Mix spinach, cottage cheese and eggs. Top with cheddar cheese, dot with margarine, and bake at 350 until hot and bubbly.
