spinach turnovers

i made these yesterday,actually invented this recipe,and it turned out great!.
i just mixed some all-purpose flour with lots of vegetable oil and water and a little bit of salt and kneeded it,it was pliable and easy to handle because of the oil.For the filling i cooked a couple packs of frozen chopped spinach with some olive oil,salt,black peppar,some red chili flakes,and mixed it with some left-over cooked white rice,mashed potatoes,parsley,sharp shredded cheddar,mozerella and grated parmesan cheese,and deep fried the turn-overs and served with tomatoe sauce.Hubby loved them!
 
sarah, those sound strangely good. rice and potatoes, and 3 cheeses? a woman after my own carbo-hyped heart....
 
hmmm,hey lets just forget about that low-carb mania for once and enjoy some good food! :) ,u can run a couple extra miles after that! :)

ok, you can have some, but only if you make more, lol....... running away with the plate.....
