spinach turnovers

i made these yesterday, actually invented this recipe, and it turned out great!.
i just mixed some all-purpose flour with lots of vegetable oil and water and a little bit of salt and kneeded it,it was pliable and easy to handle because of the oil.For the filling i cooked a couple packs of frozen chopped spinach with some olive oil, salt, black peppar, some red chili flakes, and mixed it with some left-over cooked white rice, mashed potatoes, parsley, sharp shredded cheddar, mozerella and grated parmesan cheese, and deep fried the turn-overs and served with tomatoe sauce.Hubby loved them!
