1 1/2 lb italian sasuage

1 lb grated chedder
oil
1 loaf italian bread

cook sasuage in pan untill brown. drain. in large bowl, add package of cream cheese. mix in sasuage and chedder. cut tops off of peppers and clean out seeds. stuff peppers. heat in oil untill pepper skin is soft and browns slightly. serve with italian bread
