Sweet onions

I like sweet onions sometimes too. What did you do with them?

I'm thiniking next week I may hollow a couple out and stuff with a savory meat mixture.

I made a couple filet mignons and I wanted a little sauce to go with them so I sauteed onions and mushrooms added to pan after I took out mignons added some sherry wine and some cream a pinch of thyme salt and pepper.Delicious!
