TNT Potatoes with Parmesan

These are a favorite here but I must admit with the weather so hot I've not made them so much. Hot or whatever they will be made very soon. Give them a try they are tasty and not fried.cut 6 med. potatoes peeled or not your choice.into about 6-8 wedges the long way. Place a shallow baking pan in a 425 oven with 6-8 Tab. of butter add your potatoes and bake 20-30 min turning now and then, This works best if you spray your baking sheet with veggie spray Sprinkle with salt and 6 Tab. freshly grated parmesan Return them to the oven for 2-3 min. So good with burgers, pulled pork, chicken sammies and cool green salad
Enjoy

Yes I guess as usual the ol brain is going the wrong way and I forgot to say to put the butter in the pan and then in the oven let it melt and put in the potatoes. Nothing wrong with me
