This is a slow cooker meal no meat just fruits and veggies so good I love it.
place peeled and shopped carrots 3 of them and 3 med onions chopped,2lbs of chopped sweet potatoes,2 lbs yam slices.quartered apple rings 1 cup,and 1-1/2cup pitted prunes in slow cooker.Add chopped dried pears, dried apricots about 1 cup, 1 cup dried cherries and 1 cup sour cherries dried. stir well combin with sprinkle of brown sugar.2 tea cinnamon and enough water to cover all ingredients. Cover and cook on high 12 hrs or til all fruit is soft.
add 1 cup dark brown sugar and 2 cup oj and 2 c. sweet white wineSpoon onto platter serve hot or at room temp. YUMMY
