Toss them into pasta (I would use penne or fettuccine), along with sauteed garlic, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil. Add some soft goat cheese or feta. Mix in some black olives. Mmmmmm. Haven't had my dinner yet - I'm getting hungry!
