Uses for deydrated Roma tomatoes

HI I dehydrated a large amount of Roma tomatoes this summer and need ideas on using them.

Toss them into pasta (I would use penne or fettuccine), along with sauteed garlic, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil. Add some soft goat cheese or feta. Mix in some black olives. Mmmmmm. Haven't had my dinner yet - I'm getting hungry!
Strength is the capacity to break a chocolate bar into four pieces with your bare hands - and then eat just one of the pieces.
