3 cereals to rice with gorgonzola and walnuts
Ingredients for 4 people
350 g rice
60 cl of vegetable broth
120 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
30 g of butter
30 g of grated grana padano cheese
40 g chopped walnuts
1 Thin slice onion, chopped private gorgonzola crust and heat the broth.
2 Sauté the onion in a saucepan with the butter, add the rice and, little by little broth, simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3 Add the gorgonzola one minute before the end of cooking, and as soon as the cheese has melted add the walnuts and Parmesan cheese.
4 Adjust salt if needed, stir gently, remove from heat and serve.
