A Easy Great Topping For Pasta

Boil pasta any of your choosing.

in a bowl combine 1 chopped avacado
a cup or more if desired of cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half to release juices.
chopped basil fresh if you can get it nice but you can use dried also.
salt and pepper to taste
extra virgin olive oil you are creating a dressing.
drain pasta and add the dressing to the hot pasta.

The avacado creates a creamy sauce to the pasta.
It sounds weired this resipe but it really is delicious, easy ,and quick.

Enjoy

Seems like quacamole

It seems as if it would taste like quacomole but the olive oil and basil give it a different taste.
Enjoy

Yeah that is a really great idea. I know that I use avocado in salads as part of the dressing to make it almost creamy but more healthy than a cream dressing. But for pasta, that is something I would have never put together in my head. Thanks!!
