Broccoli, Mac & Cheese

I threw something together tonight that turned out awesome!

I had just cut some side-shoots off the Broccoli plants in the garden but there really wern't enough to blanch and freeze, so I washed them and tossed them into the pot that I was bringing to a boil to make Kraft Macoroni and Cheese (the blue box).

I cooked them for 5 minutes then added my macoroni to the same pot and let them cook together for 7 minutes, drained and finished according to the directions on the box. It was delicious!! An instant fav.
